The purchase prices displayed on our website are in USD. When you add products to your shopping cart, the price in your local currency will be calculated, and VAT/GST will be added if applicable based on your location.
Local currency prices are updated daily, using official exchange rates based on the base USD price.
If applicable, you can enter your VAT ID at checkout to adjust VAT/GST charges (depending on your location).

We use FastSpring as our payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is officially with FastSpring, and they handle VAT/GST, currency exchange, and payment methods.
Multiple payment options are available, including local payment methods where supported.
Additionally, direct credit card payments with Stripe are available.

All purchases are available for immediate access. If you do not receive an email with access details within a few minutes, there may be a synchronization issue. Please contact our helpdesk for assistance.
The shop system is not directly integrated with the member website. If you use a different email address for your purchase, please contact us to transfer the products to your existing account.

Personal / Low Content Books License: For personal use, homeschooling, Print on Demand books (e.g., Amazon, Etsy), or social media. Customers cannot resell the puzzles or puzzle books.
Reseller / PLR License: For selling puzzles and puzzle books on platforms like Fiverr, your own website, or as part of paid/free memberships. Your customers may resell the puzzles and puzzle books. (Available as an additional purchase for each puzzle type.)
Syndication / Other License: For selling puzzles to large newspapers, websites, or media outlets on a subscription or per-puzzle basis. Contact us directly at [email protected] to negotiate terms and conditions.

Commercial License: For POD Graphics Maker, POD Pattern Maker, and Tiling Tool. This license allows you to use the generated graphics for your own products or sell them under any license (e.g., MRR/PLR). You are responsible for verifying copyrights and trademarks for images or words used in the graphics.

Products are available as a one-time payment, a subscription, or both. The specific purchase options are clearly indicated on each product page.
Subscriptions grant access to updates and new modules during the subscription period.

For Puzzle Maker Pro, puzzle content, and PLR products, refunds are not available. Free demo versions are provided to verify functionality before purchase. If you have questions, contact us before completing your purchase.
For other products, refunds may be offered. However, we encourage you to request a temporary test license if you are unsure about the product. Refunds are processed through FastSpring or Avangate, and timelines may vary, particularly for credit card transactions.

Subscriptions include access to updates and new modules during the subscription period.
Purchased licenses include updates for bug fixes and new generic features (e.g., framework updates) but may not include new product-specific modules, which are sold separately.

All software is optimized for MS Windows (minimum version: Windows 7).
For Mac users, the software can be run using emulation tools like Parallels or VirtualBox. We strongly recommend testing with the free demo version to ensure compatibility before purchase.
